International Workshop

      for Operator Theory and Applications

(IWOTA)  is a world forum for researchers in operator theory and related topics of mathematics
and its applications (differential operators, reproducing kernel spaces, harmonic analysis, control
theory, system theory and signal processing).
Every two years IWOTA gathers more than 100 world leading experts for an intensive exchange
of informations and opinions, and for tracing the future developments in the field. One of the major
purposes of the IWOTA's is to bring together mathematicians and engineers interested in operator
theory and its applications to related fields, such as mathematical systems and signal and image
processing.

The next meeting of the IWOTA series will be organized at the University of Bordeaux-1, France,
from Tuesday, June 13 to Friday, June 16, 2000.
