I am a professor of mathematics at the University of Bordeaux, former chairman (six years, 1993-1998) of the laboratory "A2X" (Laboratoire d'Algorithmique Arithmétique et Expérimentale; now part of the I.M.B. = Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux), emeritus since November 1st, 1999. My field of research is nowadays Geometry of Numbers (Euclidean Lattices). Formerly, I worked on Algebraic Number Theory, more precisely on Galois Module Structures, then on Discriminants and on Algorithmic Number Theory.
