About me

After obtaining the agregation in mathematics in 2020, I taught for two years in high school and continued my training with the Master 2 Probability and Random Models at Sorbonne University. Since October 2022, I am a PhD student and my subject is entitled: 'Impact of the internal organization of hepatic tumor tissues on the efficiency of radiofrequency or microwave thermotherapy'.

Research interest

  1. I did a Master 2 internship in the SISTM team, under the supervision of Mélanie Prague. I worked on the estimation of parameters of mechanistic models via variational studies with Monolix and sequential studies with Kalman filters. The first objective of this internship was to jointly model the viral load and the immune response to SARS-CoV-2 in a sample of 18 monkeys with different profiles (vaccination and previous infection). The second objective was to compare the variational approach and the sequential approach in the case of sparse data and stiff ordinary differential equations.

  1. Since October 1, 2022, I am in a thesis co-supervised by Christophe Grosset and Baudouin Denis-de-Senneville. My thesis focuses on the study of bioarchitectural parameters of liver tumors. For this, we use serial scanning electron microscopy (SBF-SEM) image stacks from which we segment the different components (cells, nuclei, mitochondria,…). We then analyze the different components intra and inter tumor to determine bioarchitectural markers to better understand their behavior.
