Short Bio

I received the M. Eng degree in applied mathematics from the National Institute of Applied Sciences, Rouen, France, in 2004 and the M. Sc in Analysis from Rouen University in 2004. I obtained the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from the University of Rennes, France, in 2007, under the supervision of Etienne Mémin, with long stays at the Laboratorio de Fluiodinámica de Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2006 and 2007. From 2008 to 2010, I had a postdoctoral position in Barcelona Media, Spain, under the supervision of Vicent Caselles. I joined the CNRS as a full researcher in 2010 at the Laboratoire Jean Kuntzmann, Grenoble, France. Since 2013, I work in the Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux. I realized a long stay at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics of the University of Cambridge, UK, in 2018-2019.

My main research interests include data assimilation, optimal transportation and machine learning for applications in image analysis and processing.
