Extreme points in isometric embedding problem for model spaces

We study the extreme points of the convex set of measures on the unit circle which solve the isometric embedding problem for model spaces. We give a complete description in the case when the model space is finite dimensional, and obtain some partial results for arbitrary model spaces.
