On syntomic cohomology and p-adic regulators

I will present a construction of a well-behaved syntomic cohomology for varieties over local fields of mixed characteristic. I will show how one derives that the images of Soule's étale regulators are contained in the geometric Selmer groups. This is a joint work with Jan Nekovar.
