IMB Prevention assistant
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Karine Lecuona, prevention assistant at IMB (prenom.nom at math.u-bordeaux.fr, 05 40 00 61 13, Office 104) and in charge of :
- working closely with regional prevention and safety engineering services and prevention doctors from the CNRS and the University.
- providing advice and assistance in the implementation of safety and prevention measures.
- raising awareness among staff of the need to comply with safety instructions and rules and participating in their training.
- informing new arrivals of the provisions of the internal regulations, the specific risks encountered in the unit, and best practices for preventing them, and participating in their training.
- ensure that the department’s health and safety at work register is kept up to date.
- listen to and adivse IMB staff.
- ensure that first aid is available in the event of an accident and that a specialist first response team is in place in the event of specific risks.

CNRS
Since 2019, public employers have been required to implement a system enabling their employees to report acts of violence, discrimination, and harassment (sexual or psychological) that they may have experienced or witnessed.
The email address signalement at cnrs.fr can be used by any employee who wishes to report inappropriate behavior. Employees can use this address if they believe they have been the victim of or witness to:
- an act of violence
- an act of discrimination
- psychological or sexual harassment
- sexist behavior
The CNRS also provides a listening and support service for its employees and any employees who believe they have been victims of or witnesses to inappropriate behavior. The France-Victimes association, which provides this support, can be contacted by email (cnrs at france-victimes.fr) or by phone at 01 80 52 33 77, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
