Survey on computing isogeny between elliptic curves.

We present methods to compute isogenies between elliptic curves, and we apply them to the computation of the isogenies matrix of an elliptic curve defined over the rational and to the Schoof Elkies Atkin algorithm for counting point on elliptic curves defined over a finite field.
