On etale motivic cohomology over global fields

We discuss properties of etale motivic cohomolgy of smooth and projective varieties over global fields. We then explain the relationship between conjectures over global fields (e.g. the Tate conjecture, or the finiteness of the Tate-Shafarervich group) and the Tate conjecture over finite fields.
