Class number calculation for special number fields

I will talk about TC (an interpreter of multiprecision C language which I developed), Weber's problem, Coates' conjecture and an algorithm of calculating p-class group of abelian number fields. I also present my project trying to implement an algorithm mentioned above to PARI/GP during my stay at IMB.
