If you are planning to organize a conference in the coming months, please inform the IMB administration as soon as possible by writing to colloques -at- math.u-bordeaux.fr

A six-month notice period is reasonable (eighteen months for large events).

Once approval has been given by management, Ida Sirben (ida.sirben -at- math.u-bordeaux.fr) will manage the schedule and organize a kick-off meeting to discuss the practical aspects of the event.

She will be able to advise you on:

• The premises available and most suitable for your event,

• Catering, accommodation, and equipment loans,

• Requests for financial support (CNRS, University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux INP, Regional Council, etc.)

She will liaise with other IMB departments.
